Referral Program Terms

Referral activity, referral volume and recognition level never affect how any candidate is reviewed, scored, ranked, matched or presented to a client. Every candidate is evaluated by people on fit and readiness alone. Being referred by an Ambassador gives no advantage, and referring nobody creates no disadvantage.

Anyone with a profile in the Latino AI Talent Network can refer, using the personal link in their dashboard. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals of people already in our network are not eligible.

A referral is attributed to the first valid link used by the person who joins, and it stays valid for 90 days from the click. One person can be attributed to one referrer only.

• $250 USD for a successful placement, or $500 USD on selected hard-to-fill roles that we mark as higher reward before the referral.
• Founding Members earn double on qualifying placements for twelve months from the date they become a Founding Member.
• A reward becomes payable after the person you referred is placed with a client, has started work, and the referral passes eligibility review.
• Payment is made in USD within 30 days of the reward becoming payable, to the payment detail you confirm with us. Any taxes are your responsibility.

• Self-referrals, duplicate profiles, or fabricated contact details.
• People already registered with XCAILE or already in a client process.
• Bulk or unsolicited distribution of your link, including spam, misleading job ads, or claiming to represent XCAILE.
• Referrals where the candidate did not consent to being contacted, or asks to be removed.

Recognition is earned through direct referrals: Connector at three, Networker at ten, Ambassador at twenty-five. Levels bring a public badge and invitations to community sessions. They are recognition only, with no effect on candidate review or matching.

The Founding Member window runs for 100 days, and closes earlier if the network reaches its goal of 3,000 verified members. Published member counts reflect real, reviewed and consented members only.

We may update these terms, reward amounts or eligibility rules. Changes apply to referrals made after the update. Joining the network, referring people, or reaching a recognition level does not guarantee work, an interview, or a placement.
