How the referral program works

  1. 01Share your personal referral link with a professional who fits the network.
  2. 02Your link is attributed to them for 90 days from their first visit.
  3. 03They create their own profile and are reviewed on their own merit.
  4. 04If they are successfully placed and complete the applicable retention period, your reward is reviewed for eligibility.
  5. 05Approved rewards are $250, or $500 on selected priority and hard-to-fill roles.

Fairness rules we hold to

  • One level only. There is no multi-level or downstream earning.
  • Referral activity never affects a candidate's hiring priority or review.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate profiles and bulk or spam sharing are not eligible.
  • Rewards are paid after the client payment is received and eligibility is confirmed.
