About this path
This role combines engineering, consulting and delivery. It learns the client workflow, identifies valuable applications, builds and integrates the solution and stays close through adoption. It requires technical depth, speed, humility and comfort with ambiguity.
You will work directly with client teams to understand a real workflow, identify where AI can add genuine value, and build and integrate a working solution rather than a slide deck. This is engineering and consulting combined, with real ambiguity and real accountability for what ships. It fits engineers who are comfortable being close to the customer and close to the code.
What you would own
- Discovery work with client stakeholders to understand real workflows
- Rapid prototyping of AI-driven solutions to validate value early
- Building and integrating production-grade solutions into client systems
- Staying engaged through adoption, not disappearing after handoff
- Managing ambiguity when requirements are incomplete
- Communicating technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
